Technical indicators
The long-term working temperature is room temperature of 1100-1200℃, but it can be used to open the furnace door to place materials at high temperatures.
It can reach 1200℃ within 2 hours during linear heating.
2. The furnace chamber is of box type as a whole. The dimensions of the furnace chamber are 1300mm deep *800mm wide *600mm.
High heating elements are evenly distributed at the bottom, back, left and right sides of the furnace chamber for heating.
The furnace chamber has excellent heat preservation performance, is resistant to thermal shock, does not shed slag, does not collapse,
can withstand sudden temperature changes, has a balanced temperature field, and has strong resistance to thermal expansion and contraction.
3. The connection between the furnace mouth and the trolley is sealed by step cross sealing and quartz sand knife sealing.
4. The trolley and the furnace door are designed as an integrated unit and are equipped with a power-off function when the furnace door is opened.
The variable frequency reducer assembly is adopted, and the chain drive (variable frequency + combined limit) is used to achieve the functions of rapid start
and slow stop.
5. The rear part of the trolley is equipped with a bead clamping ring to hold the trolley in place and prevent it from sliding outward.
6. The working height of the trolley is 500mm.
7. The exterior of the electric furnace is designed with a decorative panel, which is made of high-temperature baked paint, presenting a beautiful
and elegant appearance.
8. It is required that the furnace chamber material and heating elements have strong resistance to sudden temperature changes.
9. A Z-shaped exhaust port with a diameter of φ40mm is provided at the upper part of the rear and is equipped with a plug.
10. It adopts a 10-inch touch screen with program temperature control and is equipped with an SCR power regulator.
The heating, holding and cooling program curves can be set, and the program operation status can be displayed on the touch screen.
11. Temperature control: Siemens PLC control, PID regulation, microcomputer control, programmable temperature control curve,
no need for supervision (fully automatic heating, heat preservation and cooling)
12. Controller: 2-channel temperature control, thermocouples placed on the top of the furnace, two for temperature control and
one for temperature measurement.
13. Electrical components adopt Schneider (The manufacturer needs to prepare compensation lines, control lines and motor lines between
the control cabinet and the furnace body, with 35 meters reserved. The load line is provided by the user themselves,
and the control lines will be laid on the bridge frame in coordination with the site).
14. It is equipped with over-temperature protection and open-circuit protection functions. When there is over-temperature or open-circuit,
the heating circuit of the electric furnace will be automatically cut off.
15. Equipment malfunctions should have fault alarms and corresponding explanations of troubleshooting methods.
